Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you give us through the contact form on this site — what we collect, where it's stored, and who else sees it.
Last updated 23 October 2026.
What the contact form collects
When you fill in and submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect exactly what's in the form: your full name, business name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write about what you're hoping your portal will do. We don't collect anything beyond that — no tracking scripts, no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels.
Where it's stored
Your enquiry is stored in our own CRM system, on our own server. It is not passed to a marketing platform, a CRM run by someone else, or any third party whose business is collecting or reselling contact data. If our server is briefly unreachable when you submit the form, it's held in a local file on the same server until it can be filed properly — it still never leaves our infrastructure.
How we contact you back
If we reply to your enquiry or follow up by email, that message is sent through Brevo, a third-party email delivery service. Brevo sees the email address you gave us and the content of that one message, purely in order to deliver it — it is the delivery mechanism, not a marketing list, and we don't use it to send you anything you haven't asked for.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone else, for marketing or any other purpose. Full stop.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch or we have a legal or accounting reason to retain them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see the contact details below.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie it sets is a login session for our own staff admin area, which visitors to the public site never encounter.
Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including keeping it on infrastructure we control rather than handing it to third parties. No system connected to the internet is ever 100% secure, but we don't treat that as an excuse to be careless with it.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
